Job Title: CDL Driver / Laborer

Number of Positions Open: One

Job Level/Certifications: CDL A or CDL B Driver License, Experience preferred.

Salary Information: Hourly Rate, Depends on Experience.

Job Location: Our main office is located at 120 Ryan Lane in Norwich, NY 13815. We perform work for clients  within Broome, Chenango, Cortland, Oneida, Otsego, Madison, Delaware County and beyond. Prevailing Wage or  Davis Bacon Rates will apply depending on the customer, equipment used, and county in which the work is being  performed. 

Job Description: 

• Gathering, organizing, and loading items and equipment for delivery in a way that protects goods and supports  efficiency and safety.

• Ensuring minor maintenance tasks are completed such as performing pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the  vehicle and cargo are safe, in working condition, and aligned with laws and regulations

• Following traffic laws and driving in a safe, courteous manner. 

• Logging miles, driving hours, and other activities, especially as required to maintain compliance with federal and  state laws. 

• Managing fuel needs and ensuring vehicles are properly fueled. 

• Navigating or managing routes via GPS and other in-field technology provided by the company. 

• Labor as needed.

• Being able to Operate Heavy Equipment in a safe, efficient, and knowledgeable manner is a plus!

• Assist with yard/shop work.
